Double Shaft Sigmar Kneader Mixe (NH-1000)
1. Use Sigmar “Z” type agitator, two shafts do the 55 degree axial counter rotating with different speed to mix the material. The motor for agitator blade can rotate in positive and reversal direction. It’ s applicable to mix all kinds of soap, especially to change the “crystalline phase” of tran***rent soap base .
2. The complete machine can finish material feeding, measurement, grinding and discharging automatically.
3. The discharging unit is cylinder type shaft acting door, air pressure: 0.4-0.6***
4. A shaft rotation speed 22-36 r/min, B shaft rotation speed 36-55 r/min (rotation speed is selectable)
